About Me:
Hi, my name is Hayley and I am the Deputy Manager at Monkey Puzzle Guildford!
I have been in the Early Years sector for 12+ years now. Before working in a nursery, I worked as a teaching assistant and a nanny.
I chose a career in Early Years because the first 5 years of a child's life are the most important for development and learning, which I wanted to be a part of. I love making bonds with the children, watching them learn and gain confidence in themselves.
I joined Monkey Puzzle Guildford as I liked the family vibe of the company.
