About Me:
My name is Lauren and I’m the Nursery Manager at Monkey Puzzle Guildford!
I have been working in Early Years for over 13 years and have loved every step of the journey. Throughout my career, I’ve progressed from Nursery Practitioner to Third in Charge, then Deputy Manager, and now Nursery Manager here at Monkey Puzzle Guildford.
I first chose a career in Early Years because I wanted to try something new, and it quickly became a passion. There’s nothing more rewarding than supporting children as they grow, develop, and reach their milestones — it’s a privilege to be part of those moments.
I joined Monkey Puzzle Guildford because I was drawn to the warm, supportive team and the nurturing environment that Gina had built. I’m proud to now lead that same wonderful team and continue creating a space where children thrive and families feel at home.
